Gut the whole thing or just refit it. Cabinets, countertops, tile, appliances, lighting.
We've been doing this in all five boroughs and Nassau County since 2001. Licensed, fully insured, and the owner's on the job.
Free estimates. Workmanship guaranteed. Lead-paint certified.
We take the whole job, from the demo to the last piece of trim. The plumbing and the electric get done by licensed, insured guys we've worked with for years, and we keep them on schedule. You only deal with us.
Gut the whole thing or just refit it. Cabinets, countertops, tile, appliances, lighting.
Start to finish. Waterproofing, tile, fixtures, and all the finish work.
Whole unit, for owners and landlords, co-ops included. We deal with the board requirements and the NYC rules so your job doesn't sit stuck waiting on paperwork.
Basements turned into real living space. Framing, insulation, drywall, floors, trim, lighted closets and the staircase, with the plumbing and electric handled.
New installs and replacements, with the trim and finish carpentry included.
Ceramic and porcelain tile, marble and granite. Floors, walls, countertops, vanities and surrounds. We template it and set it with the rest of the job.
Warm floors under the tile, mostly bathrooms and kitchens. It goes in at the tile stage, so you've got to decide on it before we get there.
Laundry rooms built out and plumbed, garages finished off. Usually the last rooms on a whole house job.
Covered entry roofs framed and built over the front door, and other exterior carpentry around the house.
Larry's on the job, running the work and jumping in with the crew. He's not the guy who prices it and then you never see him again.
We set the schedule at the start and we stick to it. If something changes, you'll hear it from us first.
You're living here while we work. We're careful with your house and your stuff, and we clean up before we leave.
The estimate doesn't cost you anything, and we stand behind our workmanship after the job's done.

Twenty years, every job.
Enrico Madonna, client for twenty years“I never worked with a contractor that does everything the right way, until I met Larry and his team at EZTouch.
- An honest approach
- A written contract
- Always calls you back
- Shows up when he says he will
- Finishes the job before moving on to his next client
He is a Home Improvement contractor that is actually reliable and knows what he is doing! You can't say that for many others in the business, unfortunately.
And he'll never cover something up that needs to be fixed. Instead, he will tell you what needs to be done now, so that you won't have to fix it again next year!
Larry and his EZTouch team have exclusively done all of my Home Improvements over the past 20 years, and my Mom's house too. Windows, doors, tiles, bathrooms, kitchens, radiant heat, laundry room, garage, you name it. I will not work with anyone else!”
Efficient, fastidious and accessible.
Alan and Danielle, co-op renovation, Queens“We hired EZ Touch, owned and operated by Larry Viggiano, to do a complete renovation of our two bedroom, two bathroom co-op apartment in Queens, NY. Larry was incredible. His knowledge of construction and renovation made what could otherwise be a daunting experience one that was rewarding and exciting as we saw our new home become a reality.
Larry is so knowledgeable in this field that he adeptly navigated and found solutions to any potential obstacles raised by the co-op or NYC rules and regulations. His extensive contacts in the industry meant that we worked with some of the best subcontractors in the business.
Larry is efficient, fastidious and accessible. The home he helped us create is beautiful, reflects our design aesthetic, and embraces the highest standards in quality. Even when the project was over, Larry made sure that any small unresolved detail was addressed by him personally.
We have recommended Larry to friends and family who have been equally satisfied by the quality of his work. Through this process Larry, a consummate professional, has become a friend because he is personable and engaging. We highly recommend EZ Touch for all of your construction and renovation needs.”
A whole house, three floors.
Neil Hube, whole home renovation, three floors“In 2022, my wife and I made the decision to completely renovate our entire home, all three floors. From the very beginning, Larry and the team at EZ Touch were thoughtful, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly skilled.
A project of this size can be overwhelming, but Larry took the time to make sure things were done the right way, not just the easy way. Everything EZ Touch did was meticulous, from making sure our floors and ceilings were perfectly level to the countless details that ultimately make a home look beautiful and function properly.
Years later, we continue to appreciate the quality of their craftsmanship.”
Professional. Reliable. Flawless work.
Dominick Bortone, homeowner, Middle Village“E-Z Touch Home Improvement has been one of the best choices that I've ever made as a homeowner. Larry Viggiano has completed jobs both big and small with incredible attention to detail and provided guidance and suggestions that often made the outcome better than I originally envisioned.
If you want a regret free experience, make E-Z Touch your choice.”
Not a speck of dust.
Ryan Huber, bathroom renovation“We hired EZ Touch to renovate our bathroom and could not be more pleased with the finished product. The end result, a beautiful and bright bathroom, would be good enough, but the process of getting to this point was just as pleasant.
Our bedrooms are on the same floor as the bathroom and we were actively in the house during the project. The owner, Larry, and his colleague Benji, are so fastidious in keeping a clean worksite. At the end of every day, the tools and supplies were neatly arranged and there wasn’t a speck of dust to be found. It was remarkable.
Their attention to detail is like none other and with this team, there is no such thing as a shortcut. Their friendly and courteous manner is an added bonus. Larry’s honest and straightforward communication style made certain decisions and choices easier as well.
I would (and already have) recommend EZ Touch without hesitation and look forward to our next renovation project.”
Committed to the job, and honest.
TZHD Mahlab, full interior renovation“Ten years ago, we decided to renovate our late parents’ home. The plan was to redo three bathrooms, remove all the wall to wall wallpaper throughout the house and paint. A local shop which supplies bathroom and kitchen tiles and essentials recommended we contact Larry Viggiano, owner of EZ Touch. After reviewing several quotes, my sisters and I decided to sign a contract with Larry. We were so right!
Larry and his workers arrived early each morning and worked full days. They came fully supplied, were diligent in covering the unaffected areas and were sure to clean the work area before leaving for the day. Larry and his workers gutted and refitted everything necessary. They also installed new windows and doors. He made suggestions to improve the designs, and connected us with a painter, plumber and electrician. When we became further caught up in renovation, Larry put us in contact with a kitchen designer.
We were impressed with Larry’s work and work ethic. We admire Larry’s patience, as he had to deal with our different opinions and patiently waited until our “majority rules” decision! Ultimately, we ended up with a full interior home renovation that we love!
- Larry was committed to the job and honest
- Larry worked alongside his workers
Larry continues to be available to us via text and calls and responds to any questions. We have had great conversations over the years and have become friends. No regrets! We highly recommend Larry Viggiano and EZTouch!”
